A different sort of day for all concerned! Charles had another problem with his tooth which required a trip to the VA hospital in Columbus to have a bit of work done.
Belinda took advantage of the quiet at home in Pickerington to dog-sit, watch some telly and in general, enjoying the wonderful spring-like weather of central Ohio.
Following his dental work, Charles tried to visit the famous golf course in Dublin, OH - Muirfield GC, where the Memorial Golf Tournament is held each year. Unfortunately, it is a private club and Charles couldn't even get into the gate to look around!
After failing in that quest, Charles went to visit the wonderful Columbus Zoo (www.columbuszoo.org) which is a real treat for every age and Charles really enjoyed the time with the animals!
Charles got home after facing the Columbus rush-hour traffic to enjoy a nice meal at Logan's Roadhouse with Dale and Belinda.
