Nashville, day 5

The end is near for our time in Nashville, but before we finish, we had a full day of workshops to attend. Belinda and Charles covered a lot of ground by attending separate sessions in the morning and afternoon. A lot of interesting insights were shared and we came away with some tools to add to our kit-bag.

Tonight's agenda was a switch from our schedule at the conference. Instead of attending the scheduled event at First Baptist Church, we chose to attend a performance of "Church Basement Ladies," a musical about life in a Lutheran church as seen in from the vantage point of those stalwarts who toil below in the kitchen (http://www.plymouthplayhouse.com/html/nowplayingCBL.html). It was really, really funny and the cast did a wonderful job in conveying the quirks and joys that take place behind the scenes in every church!

Tomorrow is the last day of the conference which has been most enlightening and we've gotten a lot of good stuff to take to Sidney in July.
