Hello from Belinda in Texas. It has been an action-packed, fun-filled couple of weeks!
We really enjoyed Fiesta activities, e.g., the River Parade and the King William Fair! Mother and I did LOTS of shopping. We had a great visit with our good friend Saundra at the local Cracker Barrel (in celebration of Mother's birthday)!
We had a fabulous time going to San Angelo; we visited our good friend Dorothy. Dorothy gave Mother a surprise birthday party. We had so much fun! On the way home, we saw BEAUTIFUL wildflowers along the side of the road!
Today we had a great visit with our good friend Anne at her home; she made us a lovely lunch, complete with her famous snow pudding (a delicious lemon pudding with meringe in it).
Tomorrow I fly to Columbus, Ohio, for a wonderful reunion with my sweet husband! Now that is great cause to "Yee-haw!"
