Today was one hot day - our car's thermometor (which shows the outdoor temp) reached 104 F today!!! By the time we ended driving just after 9:00p.m. it seemed odd to think that 91 felt nice!
We drove from south of Cheyene, WY to the VA hospital in Cheyene for a dental appointment for Charles. It turned out that the appointment had to be rescheduled so we will be going back next week. The nurse was nice enough to take the preliminary x-rays and get the paperwork done ahead of time. We were also able to meet one of the VA chaplains and take care of some other items which will make getting taken care of there that much easier.
Following that, we drove back into Nebraska and did some shopping and dining in Scottsbluff. It was nice but, goodness was it hot! We drove back to Sidney where we will begin the task of getting ourselves and Charles' office ready for the movers.
We are so looking forward to getting started on these tasks!
